Experimental Photography
In this course, students will engage experimental ways of creating images without the use of the camera as a central component.
This will be through analogue black and white darkroom processes and AI generated images. Alongside these experiments in the analogue and digital labs, students will participate in seminar style reading discussions that engage with conventional darkroom photography, digital photography and AI. This course helped fuel the idea for my research project and allowed for me to start experimenting for it.

We will look at issues of equity, access, and inclusivity in the arts and the impacts of emerging digital platforms. This class allowed for me to better understand how artwork can be professional, and can be a way to conduct and share research.
